Create reports and controls for the Planning and Scheduling areas and Maintenance areas according to Motiva's unit maintenance processes, aiming to meet existing administrative demands. Prepare managerial presentations, consolidating materials and validating content, delivering a final product to management. Open tickets/requests/orders in support systems (SAP, Service Desk, Registration Center, among others) to create, add, modify, or consult information in the support systems, playing a role in supporting the Planning and Scheduling and Maintenance teams in their processes/systems. Ensure correct verification of expenses in cost centers and petty cash, enabling purchases of materials/services and other expenses/needs of the Planning and Scheduling and Maintenance teams. Perform, if not already done, the creation of invoices/orders in SAP according to field-reported information/reports (Service and Maintenance), ensuring that all pending issues reported from the field are recorded in SAP, minimizing possible fines or penalties from the Concession Authority. Carry out activities in accordance with Motiva’s Golden Rules to prevent unsafe behaviors and contribute to the prevention and comprehensive monitoring of work routines.
