After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who firmly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the definition and implementation of national-level operational excellence strategies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives; * Responsible for developing, monitoring, and supporting the evolution of key factory indicators (OEE, OTIF per line, blow and load cycles, GGF, consumption deviation, and rotating inventory), developing analytical tools to identify trends and anticipate operational impacts; * Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in production processes, applying methodologies such as PDCA; * Supervise and develop coordinators, while leading the team of technical specialists to promote strategic alignment and operational excellence; * Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance among operational and technical teams; * Manage the company’s productive assets, optimizing machine and personnel utilization, with forward-looking visibility into critical staffing needs to activate projects; * Ensure strategic and efficient allocation of operational resources—including labor, equipment, and materials—to maximize productivity; * Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost optimization and clear measurement of benefits generated by improvement projects. • Lead the management and tracking of projects aimed at enhancing productivity and expanding manufacturing capacity; * Ensure all operations comply with applicable quality and compliance regulations and standards; * Monitor major operational impacts across factories on a weekly basis and consolidate monthly results with production unit leaders; * Conduct periodic audits to identify improvement opportunities and jointly implement corrective actions with responsible teams.
