Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring certified green coffee inventory data, developing dashboards, ensuring record integrity, and supporting audits. Key Highlights: 1. Support for audits and improvement of certification processes. Description: * Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Agribusiness, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Technical Knowledge: Experience with inventory management systems; familiarity with agribusiness certifications is considered a plus; * ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, or similar); * English proficiency at intermediate level or higher; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge is a significant advantage; * Experience or basic understanding of audit processes. * Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills): * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Organization, responsibility, and efficient time management; * Proactive approach, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset. * Monitor and analyze certified green coffee inventory data, identifying inconsistencies, trends, and improvement opportunities; * Develop analytical dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI to track operational KPIs; * Ensure the integrity of records for certified batch receipts, shipments, and transfers within the system; * Interface with internal departments (sales, logistics, and quality) to align processes and resolve deviations; * Support internal and external audits by preparing related documentation and evidence; * Propose improvements to certificate control and issuance processes based on critical analysis and historical data; * Post announcements on the Rainforest portal and issue certificates, ensuring compliance with certifier requirements; * Participate in Sustainability department projects and initiatives, contributing analyses, reports, and technical support; * Strictly comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards and procedures, in accordance with the Integrated Management Policy, the Company’s Code of Conduct, and its Values and Principles. 2511050202231849689
