The requirements below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or competencies needed: * Knowledge of basic production processes for components/electronics (Production Planning and Control – PCP, layout, material requisitions, lead time, KPIs). * Knowledge of performance indicators (OCUP, OTD, delays, rework, scrap) and use of management dashboards will be considered an advantage. * Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, non-conformance control) and occupational safety will be considered an advantage. * High organizational and planning capability (e.g., managing the Executive Board’s schedule, meetings, travel, and priorities). * Assertive communication profile, with ease interacting with senior management and technical, financial, and operational teams. * Discretion, ethics, and strong sense of confidentiality. * Ability to take initiative, propose solutions, and work under pressure in a dynamic manufacturing environment. **Education and/or Experience** * Completed high school education; technical or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Logistics, or related fields is preferred. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative roles, leadership support, or planning functions, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors. * Industrial environment experience is a strong advantage (production control, inventory management, performance indicators, etc.). **Languages** * Ability to communicate effectively in Portuguese. **Computer Skills** * Familiarity with ERP or similar systems (e.g., Protheus, SAP, TOTVS, etc.) for order, inventory, and production routines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for report writing, spreadsheets, and presentations. **Work Environment** The work environment characteristics described represent those encountered by the employee while performing the essential functions of the position.
