Monitoring deliveries, exchanges, and returns **E-commerce Assistant** **Location:** Itapira, SP – On-site **Employment Type:** CLT \| Full-time **Working Hours:** 08:00–11:30, 13:00–18:00 **Job Objective** Perform operational and administrative activities related to the company's e-commerce operations, ensuring accurate management of products, listings, orders, invoice issuance, delivery tracking, and post-sales customer service—guaranteeing efficiency, organization, and adherence to established deadlines. **Responsibilities** * Product registration, updating, and management on e-commerce and marketplace platforms (Mercado Livre, Magalu, MadeiraMadeira, Leroy Merlin, among others); * Writing product descriptions; * Customer service before and after sales; * Order registration, verification, and monitoring; * Invoice issuance; * Monitoring deliveries, exchanges, and returns; * Supporting the preparation of e-commerce reports and KPIs. **Requirements** * Experience with e-commerce and/or marketplaces; * Strong communication and written Portuguese skills; * Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience issuing invoices; * Knowledge of marketplace integration tools; * Familiarity with digital marketing or online sales; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in related fields.
