We are seeking a professional to support unit management, ensuring execution of contracted food services with attention to quality, safety, and achievement of operational targets. Main Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Unit Manager to develop action plans, formulate strategies, and create or innovate initiatives that optimize unit performance; * Monitor all qualitative and quantitative unit and/or process-related results under your responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction and improved unit profitability; * Support the Unit Manager in providing technical and behavioral training to employees, overseeing onboarding, directing daily activities appropriately, establishing clear two-way communication, and promoting all aspects of health and safety; * Analyze inventory levels and prepare purchase orders for unit supplies; * Support daily cost analysis, data entry, and generation and analysis of managerial/financial reports for your unit; * Manage large-scale operations in the corporate segment, with an average daily volume of 1.500 meals. Main Requirements: * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Personal vehicle (desirable).
