Inatel is recruiting a Product Specialist to work on ICC development projects \- PDI Sistemas. **Responsibilities and duties** * Define and communicate the project vision, aligned with the institution's strategy; * Monitor and validate the development backlog, considering risks and feasibility; * Validate acceptance criteria and adjust the level of detail according to the project; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in developing solutions; * Evaluate deliverables, present results, and document lessons learned; * Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring alignment with business needs; * Support decisions regarding project continuation, changes, or closure. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in fields such as Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics, Production, etc.), Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Design, or related areas. Knowledge in: * Project backlog management, prioritizing risk, impact, and feasibility; * Application of agile methodologies in short innovation and prototyping cycles; * Communication and translation of technical content for diverse audiences; * Analysis involving hypothesis definition, metrics, and interpretation of results; * Application of experimentation methodologies focused on rapid learning; * Use of tools for organizing, prioritizing, and tracking activities. **It would be advantageous if you had:** Postgraduate degree in Product Management, Innovation, Engineering, Technology, or related fields. **Additional information** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM\. **Work location:** Inatel Campus, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí \- MG.
