If you identify with this role, come join our team! **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** We seek a **Solutions Architect** who wants to work with us in a relaxed and dynamic environment, with continuous learning in large project development, alongside major national and international clients. We have offices in São Paulo and Chicago (USA), but our operations are remote—we prefer to call it an *anywhere office*. **ATTENTION!** **This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in Barueri/SP.** Advanced English is required for daily communication. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * **Solution Design:** Develop resilient, secure, and cost-efficient architectural blueprints aligned with business needs. * **Trade-off Evaluation:** Conduct *build vs. buy* analyses, making technical decisions and justifying them based on cost-benefit, risks, and organizational impact. * **Legacy Modernization:** Plan and execute migration, evolution, or coexistence strategies between legacy systems and new technologies. * **Technical Governance:** Define and disseminate development standards, ensuring adoption through mentoring, technical reviews, and engineering best practices. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * **Cloud Computing Proficiency:** Solid experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, preferably holding *Professional*-level certifications. * **Microservices Architecture:** Hands-on experience with design patterns, messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. * **DevOps & CI/CD:** Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and container orchestration (Kubernetes and Docker), with emphasis on automation and continuous delivery pipelines. * **Security by Design:** Implementation of security practices from the inception of solutions (OAuth2, encryption, identity management, and LGPD compliance). * **Data and Scalability:** Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as caching strategies, high availability, and performance optimization. * **Influence-Based Leadership:** Ability to technically guide teams even without direct management responsibilities. * **Executive Communication:** Skill in translating technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders. * **Pragmatism:** Focus on viable, results-oriented decisions, balancing quality, timeline, and cost. * **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to decompose complex problems into structured and scalable solutions. * **English (Advanced level / excellent conversational skills)** **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit assessment * Technical interview + Live coding * Client interview * Hiring
