In this role, you will join our Data Intelligence team—the area responsible for developing predictive models, structuring advanced analytics, and transforming data into strategic insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement of business processes at Easy Assist. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Developing, training, and validating predictive and prescriptive models using Machine Learning algorithms and statistical techniques; * Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, opportunities, and trends; * Building and maintaining structured, scalable data pipelines; * Processing, cleaning, and preparing large volumes of data from multiple sources; * Designing and monitoring performance metrics to evaluate implemented models; * Performing statistical studies, simulations, and hypothesis testing to solve business problems; * Documenting developed processes, models, and methodologies; * Contributing to the continuous improvement of data policies, standards, governance, and quality. **Requirements and qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Degree in Data Science or related fields; * Practical experience with Python and ML libraries; * Proficiency in SQL and relational/non-relational databases; * Solid knowledge of applied statistics and regression/classification; * Experience handling large volumes of data and structuring datasets; * Experience with Git and code versioning; * Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker); * Experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and modern data architectures; * Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision; * Hands-on experience with Generative AI projects and LLMs; * Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment; * Residence in São Paulo, with availability for occasional visits to our headquarters in Santo André (SBC); * Help create an inclusive and diverse environment; * Respect differences; * Work collaboratively; * Analytical ability; * Organization; * Sense of urgency and ability to discern priorities; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Owner mindset; * Ability to facilitate simple, efficient solutions to business needs. **Additional information** At Easy Assist, we promote health and quality of life through medical assistance, dental assistance, Wellhub, and other benefits such as flexible dress code, meal voucher or food allowance, transportation voucher, profit-sharing program (PLR), birthday day off, childcare or babysitting allowance, life insurance, and—for your professional growth—our internal career opportunities program.
