




Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and performing maintenance on the electronic timekeeping system, controlling employee attendance, and assisting with Human Resources Department routines. Support for Human Resources Department routines Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and perform maintenance on the electronic timekeeping system, including registrations, adjustments, and inconsistency resolution; * Monitor employee attendance, verifying absences, late arrivals, overtime, and early departures; * Validate and process working hours data to ensure accuracy for payroll processing; * Serve as the primary contact point for employees, clarifying doubts and assisting in resolving timekeeping-related issues; * Provide support for other Human Resources Department routines, especially those dependent on accurate timekeeping management, such as vacations and leaves of absence; * Prepare and complete control spreadsheets to present consolidated data on employee attendance and working hours; Requirements: * Person with Disability (PCD) medical report Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.000,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
