Inatel is recruiting a Marketing Analyst to support the achievement of Inatel's business growth objectives among its target audiences and contribute to the implementation of the strategy, overseeing the execution of activities across the Institution's digital channels. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and implement marketing campaigns for Inatel's products and events, and support the creation and implementation of inbound marketing initiatives; * Manage and optimize digital channels for acquiring new users for Inatel's social media platforms and enhancing engagement with the brand; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (agencies, external and internal resources) in creating and approving active marketing messages and content for digital channels; * Monitor and manage, together with Inatel's digital team, content production: texts, editorial calendars, rich media materials, e-books, blog posts, landing pages, email marketing, automation workflows, database segmentation, lead nurturing, videos, and others; * Interact with other departments—Products, Design, Content, and Web—to understand each stage of the potential customer conversion funnel and how outputs from these departments may impact those stages; * Monitor and report on the performance and results of executed marketing campaigns, conduct quantitative analyses, and extract insights from acquisition channels. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Communication or related fields; * Experience in related activities; * Knowledge of: * Marketing, * Digital marketing processes and tools, * Copywriting techniques, * Design techniques, * Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and the Internet; * Basic Information Security concepts. **Additional information** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM **Work location:** Inatel Campus, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí - MG.
