Your Key Responsibilities: * Plan and schedule short- and medium-term purchases, adjusting according to demand. * Ensure purchase accuracy to maintain inventory levels per established policy, and update scheduling with suppliers to prevent stockouts. * Update administrative controls, performing analyses, surveys, and calculations in technical\-administrative activities. * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and charts for managerial monitoring and analysis. * Complete and issue legal documents and internal requests per applicable regulations, forwarding them to relevant departments. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
