Driver-related experience is a valued differentiator Job Mission: • Assist in controlling and organizing operations to ensure high-quality customer service Responsibilities: • Scheduling vehicles for pickups; • Paying affiliated drivers; • Issuing tolls for routes; • Generating operational reports; • Supporting the manager in operational routines; • Customer service; Requirements: • Completed high school education; • Basic understanding of administrative routines; • Proficiency in Office Suite (especially Excel); • Experience interacting with drivers will be considered a valuable differentiator.
