Perform all receiving processes, instructing drivers on correct positioning for unloading and safety rules, carrying out unloading, storage and distribution of Direct and Indirect materials in the warehouse, checking material integrity, verifying item details, registering necessary information into the system and ensuring traceability control. Ensure quality programs progress, complying with cleaning and warehouse organization requirements, checking if forklifts and manual pallet trucks are suitable for use, knowing and promoting company values and ensuring compliance with the code of conduct, values book and SSMA commandments. Carry out inventory verification, performing initial counts during direct and indirect materials inventory, checking items at physical locations and guaranteeing accuracy of system records by comparing physical stock with virtual stock. Handle internal demand for direct and indirect materials, reviewing material requests, picking requested items, distributing flammable materials appropriately by placing them in designated areas and ensuring compliance with safety regulations (Applicable to Warehousemen certified under NR-20), physically blocking reserved items in proper locations, entering data into the system, preparing documentation when necessary, delivering materials either at service counters or directly to requesting areas, as well as replenishing PPE machines. Manage Non-Conforming Items, requesting occurrence reports (ROs) whenever quantitative or qualitative discrepancies are found during receipt or usage, requesting return invoices for non-conforming direct and indirect materials authorized for issuance by respective suppliers, separating and verifying items to be returned or internally discarded. Know and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation according to company SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. 2511080202181514113
