**Join us as a** **Human Resources Assistant** **Function:** HR **Location:** Aguaí Factory, Aguaí\-SP **Terms and Conditions:** full\-time, on\-site during business hours. **JOB PURPOSE** This role aims to ensure high\-quality support to employees across all Human Resources topics, from onboarding to offboarding. Continuously manage programs and processes by analyzing people metrics to enhance employee experience. Ensure alignment of the factory's internal communication and governance of people\-related forums. You will be part of a team that believes in doing meaningful work — for people and for the planet. We invite you to become part of something greater. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide employee support on all HR topics via Service Now (internal HR ticketing system); * Create and validate site announcements together with coordination; * Support budget activities, including issuing invoices, reporting invoice entries, and analyzing values; * Support development and feedback initiatives; * Analyze people metrics and dashboards; * Assist in recruitment and selection processes; * Prepare meeting materials; * Organize and archive employee documents and confidential matters; * Design and execute campaigns and events; * Support leadership in timecard audits and corrections; * Analyze and assist in workplace climate improvement actions; * Support and manage disciplinary actions; * Manage Young Apprentice and Internship programs. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently pursuing a higher education degree; * Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint). **DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience or knowledge in Power BI is desirable. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
