Job Summary: Toy customer service and sales, cash register operation, packaging, organization, verification, cleaning and maintenance, with a focus on communication and responsibility. Communication with parents and guardians **Responsibilities:** * Customer service and toy sales * Cash register operation * Product packaging * Store organization at the start of each day * Price and system verification * Product cleaning and maintenance * Customer service and sales via Instagram and WhatsApp **Requirements:** * Experience in sales * Experience in toy sales is a plus * Availability for training * Responsible and committed * Communicative and extroverted * Enjoys working with children * Mature and professionally stable profile * Ability to interact effectively with parents and guardians **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: **R$ 2\.075,00** (collective bargaining agreement) * Bonus: **0.5% of sales** * Bonus: **R$ 200,00** per target achieved * Meal allowance: **R$ 200,00** (paid via payroll) * Average overtime pay: **R$ 260,00** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **09:00–18:30** (1h30 lunch break) * Saturday: **09:00–18:00** (1h lunch break) * One weekday day off per month * One day per month paid as overtime ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Sales
