Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile Receptionist to provide guest service and operational support, including organization and cleaning—ideal for practical and organized candidates. We currently have an opening for a **Receptionist**, a professional who will handle **guest service** as well as **support daily hotel operations**, including organization and cleaning. This is a **hybrid role**, suitable for candidates with a practical, organized mindset and willingness to perform various tasks within daily hotel routines. Main Responsibilities: * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp guest service * Performing check-in and check-out * Reservation management and basic administrative support * Providing information about the hotel and the city * **Cleaning and organizing rooms, dining areas, and internal spaces**, per hotel routine * General support for day-to-day operational needs - Important: This position is **not exclusively reception-focused**. The candidate will also perform **cleaning and organizational tasks**, primarily during morning shifts.
