Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Production Leader for Multilaser, focused on human-centered and efficient team management and operational excellence on the factory floor. Key Highlights: 1. Lead operational teams and ensure production excellence. 2. Optimize production cycles and monitor performance indicators. 3. Lead the 5S culture and material management via system. We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented **Production Leader** to join the **Multilaser** team. This professional will serve as the critical link between strategy and execution on the factory floor, ensuring operational excellence across our production lines. If you possess strong technical expertise in production processes and are passionate about human-centered and efficient team management, this is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Management and Leadership:** Lead operational teams, ensuring technical development, discipline, and safety of team members. * **Technical Monitoring:** Monitor production lines, supervising machine setup and adjustment to optimize cycles. * **Planning and Control:** Read and interpret production orders (POs), maintenance plans, and technical documents. * **Data Management:** Monitor and report performance indicators (OEE, productivity, efficiency, waste). * **Input Control:** Manage materials and control sector inventory via system. * **5S Culture:** Lead organization, cleanliness, and standardization (5S) initiatives on the factory floor. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Experience:** Proven track record in people management. * **Systems:** Experience with **SAP** and intermediate proficiency in **Excel**. * **Data Analysis:** Basic knowledge of **Power BI** (indicator visualization). * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with industrial indicators (OEE, Efficiency, Scrap) and technical interpretation of production/maintenance plans. * **Soft Skills:** Assertive communication, ability to make decisions under pressure, and results orientation. **Additional Information:** * Location: Extrema/MG. * Shift: 2nd shift (5:28 PM – 2:54 AM), Monday to Friday. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
