**Job Opening: Pallet Jack Operator**
**Work Location: Extrema/MG**
**Shuttle Service: Extrema/Vargem/Camanducaia/Bragança Paulista/Itapeva (no deduction from employee salaries)**
**Meal Allowance: BRL 400.00 \+ on-site cafeteria (no deduction from employee salaries)**
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Completed elementary education;
* Functional certification card issued by institutions within the “S” System (SEST/SENAT; SESI/SENAI) OR by institutions recognized and regulated by competent authorities;
* Certificate of Completion for **Pallet Jack Operator Training**, including curriculum content, applicable NR (Norma Regulamentadora) specifications, training hours, course description, and duly signed by both instructor and participant;
* Availability to support demands at other branches, departments, and shifts.
* Availability to work on Saturdays;
**Preferred (Non-Mandatory) Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing high school education;
* Knowledge of Logistics processes;
* Familiarity with WMS systems SCE10/11, WMS/WEB, WMS/RF;
* Driver’s license (CNH) Category B is desirable.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in loading, unloading, and stacking materials that cannot be transported using hydraulic carts, thereby avoiding injury and accident risks to other employees;
* Operate pallet jack safely, always observing signage within terminals, roadways, and speed limits to minimize all types of accidents;
* Transport unloaded pallets to designated areas, organizing cargo systematically and, if necessary, re-stacking materials;
* Perform daily equipment checklist before commencing any operational activity to ensure full equipment functionality, operator safety, and safety of all personnel present at the worksite;
* Maintain equipment conservation and safety by performing cleaning and adjustments, and requesting maintenance when required to guarantee optimal performance and equipment quality;
* Lift and lower loads positioned on pallet racks and in locations accessible only via pallet jack, while organizing and optimizing physical space;
* Use required PPE in compliance with NR regulations and always follow local Occupational Safety and Health standards;
* Perform battery replacements correctly and safely to maximize equipment longevity;
