Technical knowledge and procedure management An Information Technology company is seeking a Quality Analyst in Pouso Alegre (Francisca Augusta). **Responsibilities:** Inspect, control, and test products. Analyze and validate Production/Quality operations. Perform administrative tasks related to quality. Monitor factory performance indicators and organization. Support ISO 9001:2015 audits. Conduct laboratory tests according to procedures related to optical fiber cable production. Manage current certification approvals. Identify and document critical processes. Develop and revise procedures and work instructions. Design training and refresher materials. Define operational backups for key activities. Manage and retain technical knowledge within the area. Previous roles such as Quality Specialist, Quality Coordinator, Quality Supervisor, or Quality Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
