Act as area owner following DAN-IWS tools About the job Our Production team is seeking a Production Operator I to work at the Danone Specialized Nutrition factory in Poços de Caldas\-MG. Your key responsibilities will include: * Operating the L1 and L2 Cartoners, Weighing and Rejection System, Coders, Conveyors, Robot, and Stretch Film Applicator; * Meeting production schedules while prioritizing Safety, line efficiency, and ensuring packaged products comply with Danone’s internal standards and Brazilian legislation; * Loading and unloading materials for the LCA PLUS area; working in LCA – Low Care Area / Low-Criticality Area; * Acting as area owner following DAN\-IWS tools; * Operating electric pallet jacks for pallet removal when required; * Operating the can depalletizer and can bottom feeder; * Loading and unloading materials for the Packaging area (in High-Criticality Area) while working in LCA – Low Care Area / Low-Criticality Area; * Meeting production schedules while prioritizing Safety, line efficiency, and ensuring packaged products comply with Danone’s internal standards and Brazilian legislation; * Acting as area owner following DAN\-IWS tools; * Operating the cartoner at the end of Line 1\. About you * Completed technical course in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, or Quality Engineering, or related fields; or completed undergraduate degree; * Minimum 2 years of proven experience in production areas; * For internal candidates: experience in Transferzone or as Production Preparer; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule across the following shifts: + Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM + Shift 2: 2:30 PM to 11:22 PM + Shift 3: 10:40 PM to 7:00 AM.
