Job Summary: The Production Assistant will support construction execution, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost control, supervising services and participating in meetings to align activities. As a Production Assistant, you will support the Production Analyst in construction execution, contributing to quality, schedule adherence, and cost control per company-defined standards. You will assist in supervising service execution and physical progress of the construction project via specific schedules; participate regularly in meetings with field teams and suppliers to align activity scheduling; contribute to identifying potential deviations and propose action plans for their correction; and implement occupational health and safety measures. **Responsibilities and Duties** Quantify materials and services required for procurement. Request materials and services using designated software. Verify service execution through Service Verification Forms (FVS), Execution Procedures (POs), and technical drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications. Record contractor measurements using designated software. Monitor and complete documentation required by the quality management and technological control systems. Perform other duties related to the position as requested by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desirable Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture. Prior experience on construction sites. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Text editor proficiency. Mathematical calculations – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, areas, volumes, and percentages.
