Support in requirements elicitation and analysis with business areas ### **About the Role** * Supporting requirements analysis, documentation, and internal systems support * Focus on continuous improvement of processes and solutions * Opportunity for career development in technology ### **Responsibilities** * Support requirements elicitation and analysis with business areas * Prepare functional and technical documentation * Assist in process and workflow modeling * Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) * Provide initial technical support to users * Monitor and support incident resolution * Collaborate with development teams to align requirements ### **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT or related fields * Basic knowledge of programming logic * Familiarity with databases (SQL) * Strong communication and organizational skills **Desirable** * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello or similar) * Familiarity with BPMN * Prior internship or support experience ### **Competencies** * Proactivity * Analytical ability * Teamwork * Strong communication * Organization and attention to detail
