The **Business Process Analyst** will be responsible for **mapping, analyzing, and optimizing internal processes**, **and also act as a strategic liaison between business areas and product and technology teams.** Their mission will be to **ensure** that **business areas execute optimized and documented processes, taking into account stakeholders, customer journey, systems, and available resources.** This professional will also be responsible for supporting the Product team by gathering functional requirements necessary for business processes and tracking deliveries to ensure alignment between requirements and deliverables. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, map, and document operational workflows and routines, ensuring a clear view of existing processes. * Diagnose bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. * Develop and implement optimization solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste. * Monitor and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements. * Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency, execution time, and cost per process. * Gather functional requirements, aligning business needs with the technology team. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities for evolving internal systems. * Ensure deliverables adherence by validating solutions and monitoring implementation impact. * Work closely with the Product team to propose and implement process automation solutions and productivity improvements. **What We Expect From You** * Experience in process analysis and improvement, with focus on efficiency and automation. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to gather functional requirements from stakeholders. * Experience with Miro and Figma tools. * Knowledge and experience in process modeling. * Knowledge and experience in data analysis. * Ability to collaborate with technology teams, ensuring delivery of solutions aligned with business needs. **What We Offer** * A relaxed environment where your voice is heard and valued. * Freedom to learn from mistakes and grow professionally. * Real opportunities for professional advancement. * Wellhub, Psicologia Viva, Conexa Saúde; * Birthday Day Off; * Dr. Academy \- Continuous training program; * Hybrid work arrangement to balance personal and professional life.
