Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and analyzing bidding processes, preparing proposals, and managing required documentation, ensuring compliance and success in tenders. Requesting and sending quotation requests to suppliers. Critical and detailed analysis of tender notices and their attachments. Comprehensive evaluation of the bidding process, identifying requirements, risks, and opportunities. Development, preparation, and verification of technical and commercial proposals. Registration and updating of information on bidding portals and systems. Updating, organizing, and controlling documents required for the process. Sorting and preparing all documentation required for each tender.
