Teamwork and focus on food hygiene Job Description: * Assist in pre-preparation, preparation, and processing of foods. * Clean and cut ingredients according to the chef's instructions. * Organize and clean the work area, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Restock supplies and materials required for kitchen operations. * Assist in plating dishes and preparing simple portions. * Strictly follow food hygiene and safety standards. * Store food according to preservation standards. * Support the team in general kitchen activities. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles. * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Agility, responsibility, and good communication skills. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
