




Job Summary: A professional responsible for vehicle management, customer service, sales support, and administrative processes, with a focus on commercial optimization and customer experience. Participation in events, test drives, and customer prospecting The professional will be responsible for receiving, dispatching, and controlling vehicles, including inventory management, yard organization, and cleaning of displayed vehicles. They will conduct technical deliveries to customers, verify documentation, support events and exhibitions, and ensure vehicle prices and information remain updated according to PROCON regulations. Additionally, they will perform customer prospecting, handle telephone inquiries, and provide support to the sales team, including administrative tasks in ViaNuvem, B2B platforms, and coordination with customs brokers. They will also conduct test drives, submit reports, monitor corporate and subscription-based sales processes, track competitors, and propose commercial improvements.
