Production Assistant (Inclusive Position for PCD)

Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for material handling, product loading, maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness, and assisting with general tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Material handling of raw materials and finished products using a forklift 2. Loading products and packaging into containers 3. Workplace organization and cleaning Operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and cargo lifts to handle raw materials and finished products; Load bulk products and package containers as required, under the supervision and guidance of superiors (operators, team leaders, and managers); Load raw materials into reactors and tanks; Accurately complete process sheets and monitor production processes and mixing operations under supervisor oversight; Unload raw materials and bulk chemicals, whether in bulk or packaged form; Supply ice to the production process upon operator request; Maintain a clean and organized workplace; remove waste and empty packaging; implement 5S principles by removing all non-essential materials from the area; Properly dispose of empty packaging, waste, and sector-generated residues, labeling each container with the residue name and weight in kg; Perform cleaning and decontamination of packaging, line filters, filter presses, floors, and equipment as needed; Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) in the production area; clean and store PPE in designated cabinets after use; Prevent all forms of waste within company premises: keep faucets closed, lights switched off, and pumps and agitators powered down when not in use; Assist with minor maintenance, painting, and other tasks not requiring specialized labor. **Requirements:** Reside in Itupeva and surrounding areas.
