After all, our brand is 100% Brazilian, built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with the business’s strategic needs, supporting executive decision-making; * Support indicator analysis and action plan development; * Manage and analyze variable compensation indicators and interface with partner departments; * Perform exploratory data analysis and data modeling; * Manage area-related interface systems, ensuring timely indicator closure; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI/SQL, and database administration. * Advanced Excel skills: Power Pivot and Power Query; * Experience in trade marketing, commercial intelligence, or sales; * Willingness to travel; * Experience in data analysis, manipulation, and modeling; * Availability to work in Amparo/SP. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
