We are looking for a **Tech Lead (.NET/Angular)** to serve as a technical reference and software architect, providing technical leadership to a team developing an international project.
**Work model:** Remote, with scheduled trips to Angola (stay of 3–4 weeks).
**Mandatory requirement:** Valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
**ROLE MISSION**
This professional will be responsible for defining and maintaining the solution's architecture, guiding the development team on best practices, ensuring the technical quality of deliverables, and supporting strategic technology-related decision-making. They will also work closely with the team to promote continuous improvement, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
**REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)**
* **Valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.**
* **Availability for scheduled trips to Angola (stay of 3–4 weeks)**
* **MANDATORY and proven experience in brokerage firms, asset management companies, or investment fintechs;**
* Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, or in a senior technical role;
* Proficiency in **.NET (C\#)** and scalable backend application development;
* Experience with **Angular** (or other modern frontend frameworks);
* Hands-on experience defining system architecture (microservices, REST APIs, messaging, etc.);
* Experience with **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)**;
* Knowledge of software engineering best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns);
* Experience with **CI/CD**, version control (Git), and deployment pipelines;
* Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
* Technical leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities;
* Experience with code reviews and ensuring technical quality;
* Strong communication skills for interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
**LANGUAGES**
* English for communication.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
* Experience in international projects;
* Knowledge of event-driven architecture;
* Experience with observability and monitoring tools;
* Prior experience handling high-volume data or mission-critical systems.
