Junior Administrative Analyst

**What will you do?** * Control, guide, and execute activities in the finance, procurement, and IT areas; * Lead the implementation or modification of processes; * Develop, propose, and monitor indicator studies; * Receive and record financial entries such as expenses, taxes, bank transactions, and others; * Monitor and record receipt of incoming NFS (Service Tax Invoices), expenses, taxes, and others; * Perform accounting classification of NFS; * Issue payment receipts, organize mailbags, and clear payments in the PCP Payments system; * Bank reconciliation; * Verify tax payment slips; * Organize, verify, and post all accounts payable and receivable documents; * Open support tickets, provide IT vendor support, and manage related requests; * Issue NF (Fiscal Invoice) when required and file NFS with accounting and collections departments; * Monitor limits generated by the Simples Nacional regime via spreadsheet; * Monitor trial balance with consulting and accounting teams; * Support administrative activities; * Perform other duties related to the position; **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Familiarity with accounting and tax routines (taxes, payment slips, receipts, expenses); * Basic / Intermediate Excel skills; * Prior experience issuing fiscal invoices through municipal and state government services is desirable; * Experience with ERP / management systems; * Ability to control and organize physical and digital documents; * Knowledge of procurement, purchase orders, and inventory management; **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (R$ 240.00\); * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Career Development Opportunities; * Health and Dental Plans; * Pharmacy Benefits; * Educational Institution Partnerships; Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
