We’d love to meet you! \#oquecorrepelanossafibra \#timedefibra **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure and systems solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. * Lead strategic technology upgrade, integration, and modernization projects technically. * Manage critical server, network, storage, cloud, and information security environments, ensuring high availability. * Serve as mentor for Junior and Mid-level professionals, defining technical standards, reviewing scripts, and disseminating best practices in system administration. * Analyze risks, propose policies, and define contingency and disaster recovery plans (DRP). * Evaluate new technologies and vendors, supporting strategic investment and IT architecture decisions. * Manage and optimize hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud), ensuring appropriate performance and cost efficiency. * Develop and review IT procedures, standards, and policies, aligned with corporate compliance and security requirements. * Ensure governance and lifecycle management of technology assets, maintaining inventory, licensing, and version control. * Proactively mitigate vulnerabilities and implement information security controls. * Define and validate backup strategies and disaster recovery plans (DRP) for hybrid infrastructures. * Administer and architect complex Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (Azure AD) structures, ensuring access governance and security. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in mid-level or senior IT positions. * Proficiency in network, server, operating system, and security administration. * Advanced expertise in Microsoft Hyper-V (Failover Clustering, Replication). * Expertise in Windows Server and core services (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS). * Solid experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid environments. * Ability to develop complex PowerShell scripts for routine task automation. * Knowledge of configuration and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, or similar). * Familiarity with system integration via n8n or REST APIs. * Advanced diagnostic capability and proactive intervention in critical incidents. * Participation in a compensated on-call rotation schedule among infrastructure team members. * Experience in DevOps and containerized environment management is a plus. **Additional Benefits** * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão — PCD-dependent assistance * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available to those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5% to 12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel reservations, and car rentals. * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal Guided by the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
