Their role involves conducting in-person, virtual (via video), digital channel, and phone support, as well as handling back-office tasks that require subsequent analysis and specialized treatment. Additionally, the professional receives, guides, and appropriately routes incoming requests, providing accurate information about products, services, and procedures. It is essential to systematically and up-to-date record all customer feedback—including requests, complaints, compliments, criticisms, and suggestions—in corporate systems. They are also responsible for reviewing documents related to service activities, ensuring compliance and process efficiency.
