Responsibilities and Duties * **Plan, structure, and execute comprehensive paid media strategies**, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, ensuring alignment between objectives and actions. * **Run campaigns focused on lead generation, performance, and sales**, ensuring direct impact on business outcomes. * **Analyze metrics and KPIs accurately**, transforming data into actionable insights to optimize strategic decisions. * **Conduct A/B tests and continuous experimentation** with creatives, audiences, targeting, and messaging to drive constant improvement. * **Adjust budgets and manage metrics such as CPC, CPA, and LTV**, aiming to maximize conversions and sustainably reduce CAC. * **Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time**, ensuring responsiveness and high operational performance. * **Build strategic dashboards and reports**, presenting results clearly and substantively to leadership. * **Integrate efforts with partner teams**, including content, design, CRM, sales, and product, strengthening the communication ecosystem. * **Ensure effective tracking and measurement**, using GA4, Tag Manager, and automation tools to guarantee analytical accuracy. * **Contribute to innovation**, bringing trends, learnings, and solutions that elevate the team’s digital maturity. * **Provide technical support to the performance team**, sharing best practices and reinforcing collective knowledge. Requirements and Qualifications * **Foundational and practical experience in performance-driven paid media and demand generation**, with solid understanding of key performance drivers. * **Solid knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads**, including setup, targeting, optimization, and campaign analysis. * **Experience or familiarity with inbound marketing strategies integrated with Inside Sales teams**, understanding the lead journey and its impact on the funnel. * **Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and KPI optimization**, including CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and other performance indicators. * **Basic knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager**, ensuring accurate measurement. * **Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools**, such as RD Station or equivalent platforms. * **Ability to interpret data** and translate it into strategic plans, practical actions, and clear recommendations. * **Objective communication and systemic thinking**, with a proactive attitude and results focus. * **Organization, autonomy, and prioritization skills**, ensuring daily efficiency. * **Prior experience in digital environments**, such as agencies, consultancies, or marketing operations with strong online presence.
