**Position Title:** Logistics Supervisor
**Location:** Pouso Alegre – 100% On-site
**Reports To:** Logistics Coordinator
As a **Logistics Supervisor – Distribution**, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of distribution operations, supervising all activities related to finished goods inventory—from receiving through picking and delivery. The primary objective is to ensure products are processed and made available to customers accurately and in the shortest possible time, directly contributing to customer satisfaction. Additionally, with support from the Logistics Coordinator, you will implement and maintain effective logistics processes, promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, and collaborate with leadership to optimize inventory control, reduce costs, and increase productivity. **Responsibilities**
* Lead the warehouse operational team, promoting development, engagement, talent retention, and a safe, motivating environment
* Support planning and execution of operations, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, and service-level targets
* Supervise receiving, storage, picking, shipping, reverse logistics, and post-sales activities, ensuring efficiency and cost control
* Manage operations across shifts, including workforce sizing, absenteeism control, and productivity monitoring
* Lead and monitor e-commerce/DTC operations, ensuring service levels, quality, deadlines, and customer satisfaction
* Identify and implement continuous improvements in processes, layout, and tool usage (e.g., WMS), based on Lean and 5S principles
* Monitor, analyze, and report operational KPIs, supporting decision-making and deviation correction
* Ensure a safe workplace by promoting and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies
* Support implementation and use of technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
* Monitor operational performance, prepare management reports, and propose actions to optimize processes and reduce costs
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including internal safety policies
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits
* Promote training, campaigns, and awareness initiatives on safety
* Investigate incidents and implement preventive and corrective measures
* Collaborate with internal teams and partners to reinforce safe and sustainable practices
* Monitor and report safety and environmental indicators, driving continuous improvement
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
* Relevant prior experience in e-commerce and reverse logistics operations
* Prior experience managing teams
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
* Practical knowledge of WMS
