




Job Summary: The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and implementing Kaizen projects focused on Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence. Our vision is to become the largest and best variety and discount retail chain in Latin America by 2030, inspired by the Dollar Store model. **What is a “find” for us?** Coordinating the area, developing, executing, implementing, and maintaining Kaizen projects focused on Continuous Improvement, applying applicable tools; developing methodologies focused on the development and application of Continuous Improvement, with emphasis on implementing the **O**perational **E**xcellence **P**rogram. **Responsibilities and Duties — What We Expect from a Continuous Improvement Coordinator:** * Monitor the implementation of Kaizen improvement projects according to the established loss structure; * Support production processes with a focus on reducing and eliminating losses and waste through tool application; * Train and develop teams aligned with Continuous Improvement principles; * Conduct Kaizens (Kaizen Week and Daily Kaizen) to address deviations and build team capability to execute the process; * Guide and redirect Kaizens using critical thinking and root cause analysis; * Ensure efficient tool usage (step-by-step application) as a guarantee of performance indicator improvement; * Maintain stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement in people/team/leadership development; * Ensure reliability of the Kaizen tool/process; * Critically assess and promote improvements within the Process Management Model, aiming for implementation of the Operational Excellence Program; * Identify operational inefficiencies based on operational teams’ adherence and prioritize opportunities for action; * Lead the development of operational diagnostics and presentations for operational teams. **Requirements and Qualifications — We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Administration, Quality Management, Continuous Improvement Management, Engineering, Process Management, Project Management, or related fields; * Availability to work in Socorro, São Paulo; * Experience with management methodologies and quality and process tools; * Experience conducting analyses, interpreting results, and identifying opportunities aligned with demands and processes; * Knowledge of methods such as 5S, PDCA, LSS, MASP. **It’s a great bonus if you have:** * Postgraduate degree; * Certification in Continuous Improvement, Black Belt, Yellow Belt, or Green Belt; * Lean Six Sigma training; * Knowledge of tools based on the Toyota Production System (TPS); * Application experience with problem-solving tools (MASP); **Additional Information — What We Offer:** * Fuel allowance * Parking * Ben-Up (a benefits platform based on voluntary enrollment) * Family Benefit (a monthly amount available for purchases at our stores) * Dental plan * Life insurance 1A99 Stores originated from the dream of two entrepreneurial friends from the interior of São Paulo, who aimed to sell everything at very low prices for all families.
