Collaborate with the IT team and partner departments. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Cooper Card is looking for a talented, analytical, and proactive Systems Development Programmer to join its Systems Development team. The professional will directly engage in developing, maintaining, and evolving robust and scalable systems heavily based on databases. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and evolve database-based solutions, ensuring system quality, performance, scalability, and stability; Implement, review, and optimize business rules, ensuring data integrity and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives; Diagnose, analyze, and fix bugs, failures, conflicts, and inconsistencies, identifying root causes and proposing structural and long-term improvements; Conduct functional and validation testing, ensuring new implementations, adjustments, or enhancements fully meet technical and business requirements; Ensure proper system versioning, performing production environment updates accurately, systematically, and with full traceability of changes; Collaborate with the IT team, developers, and partner departments, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and solutions; Monitor production system performance, implementing adjustments and optimizations to ensure high availability and operational efficiency. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree in Software Engineering or related fields; Proven experience using and administering Oracle databases; Strong SQL knowledge, with ability to write complex queries; Analytical and technical problem-solving skills, with critical thinking; Ability to read and interpret data models and system workflows; Knowledge of database technologies and programming languages; Experience in systems development and evolutionary maintenance. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Salary:** ------------ $5,500\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Allowance: R$28.00 per working day; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Voucher; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and relaxation area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative dates. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER TEC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- This position requires 100% on-site work in Maringá \- PR.
