Management of technological infrastructure in port environments **Job Description:** ---------------------- Manage networks, servers, cybersecurity, and customs compliance to ensure that technology systems and resources align with legal and operational requirements of the customs environment, while also providing support for operations and users. a) Administer logical networks and physical servers, ensuring proper terminal functionality, maintaining infrastructure required for port operations, and guaranteeing system stability. b) Create users, groups, access policies, and configure network policies, ensuring usability and security of resources for employees. c) Verify firewall and antivirus integrity to protect data and infrastructure, meeting mandatory cybersecurity requirements and safeguarding company assets. d) Establish communication via WhatsApp and telephone for support and service coordination, supported by the senior analyst and/or manager to ensure prompt support and issue resolution. e) Validate information related to access control, weighing systems, CCTV, and other critical systems to ensure unit functionality, requesting team support when necessary. f) Maintain technological infrastructure aligned with legal and operational demands of terminals.
