Don’t miss this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The primary objective of the Cloud Analyst is to evolve and maintain software products in public or private cloud environments. Responsibilities also include developing tools and models for observability, performance improvement, and application security**. **Key Activities:** * Provide support and monitoring for cloud resources, security, and billing * Size and provision environments and resources for system deployment * Install/Update and support database services, virtual networks, and systems * Diagnose, resolve, and document issues * Execute migration procedures from existing environments to new architectures * Monitor and support database systems, servers, virtual machines, networks, virtual networks, and hosted systems * Guide users, business areas, and support teams on questions related to information and communication technology * Develop proposals for tools and environment models for existing or new products **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields; * Experience in public and/or private cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP); * Experience in managed database administration; * Knowledge of infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Jenkins, CloudFormation, bash scripting); * Knowledge of cloud technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, etc.; * Knowledge of technologies and tools for environment and system observability; * Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems (administration and troubleshooting); * Cloud infrastructure cost management and optimization; * Familiarity with security standards and regulations (LGPD, ISO 27001) is a plus; * ITIL or COBIT certification is a plus; **Skills:** * Proactivity * Resilience under pressure * Ability to solve complex problems; * **Clear and Effective Communication**: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and stakeholders; * **Adaptability and Continuous Learning**: Capacity to keep up with and implement emerging technological trends; * **Time Management and Prioritization**: Organizational skills to handle multiple projects and simultaneous demands; **Methodologies and Tools:** * CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure Pipelines, etc. * GitHub * Agile methodologies * ITIL * COBIT * Azure DevOps **Additional Information** **What does Aliare offer?!** An integrated and prepared team ready for new challenges, operating with credibility and transparency, aiming for continuous evolution to facilitate the work of those who feed the world.
