We are seeking candidates for the position of STORE MANAGER. **Responsibilities and Duties** As Store Manager, you will: * Be responsible for MANAGING store opening/closing. * Be cheerful, youthful, and welcoming. * Build and generate customer delight. * Be an EXTRAORDINARY person to create an EXTRAORDINARY environment. * Ensure execution of operational procedures, inventory management, product handling, store organization, and cleanliness. * Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards. * Select, hire, train, and develop new employees. * Manage performance and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs. * Maintain strong RESULTS orientation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Retail experience, preferably in fashion. * Availability to work during store opening/closing hours, Monday through Saturday and holidays.
