If you seek a career-development opportunity with one of the largest companies in the sector, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform daily management of laying hens; Provide feed and water, monitoring consumption and equipment conditions; Clean and organize hen houses; Monitor bird health, reporting any abnormalities to leadership; Comply with biosecurity, occupational safety, and quality standards; Support other operational activities within the department as directed by leadership. **Working Hours:** 07:00/17:00 \- 05:00/14:20 \- 11:20/20:40 \- rotating 6x1 schedule **Requirements and Qualifications** Flexible availability to work various shifts. **Additional Information** **Benefits Offered:** Meal allowance: 16% of salary; Health insurance plan with no monthly fee, effective after 3 months of employment (with co-payment); Dental insurance plan; Food basket or card credit (R$ 140\); Lunch provided at the company; Chartered transportation; Semi-annual performance bonuses, up to 0.75 monthly salary; "Cresça Mais" Program (courses and training).
