




Job Summary: A professional to accompany visits, audits, receiving and dispatch operations, sanitation, sample collection, identify non-conformities, and assist in quality management. Education in food science, chemistry, agronomy, or engineering. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** Accompanying visits, monitoring activities, and audits (fiscal, commercial, certification, and institutional); Accompanying raw material and process-related input receiving operations; Accompanying production dispatch and by-product dispatch operations; Accompanying sanitation operations inherent to the industry and its annexes; Collecting, preparing, and sending samples (official and unofficial) to third-party laboratories; Supporting the quality assurance manager and technical responsible person; Identifying and reporting non-conformities and/or deviations with potential immediate or medium-term impact risks to quality and production managers; Completing self-control checklists; Guiding team members. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Technologist in Food Science, Chemist, Agronomist, Food Engineer, or related fields); Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, quality management, and food safety; Prior experience in food manufacturing industries or quality control-related roles is desirable. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** National health insurance plan; Life insurance; On-site meals; Meal allowance; Chartered transportation; Educational assistance.
