Join us and become part of an incredible journey! **Responsibilities:** Analysis and Insight Generation: Lead the analysis of large volumes of data from the default journey, identifying behavioral patterns, customer segmentation, and risk/opportunity factors. Transform raw data into actionable insights to support strategic business decision-making. Develop predictive models for behavior and recovery propensity. Strategy Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement innovative and personalized strategies for each stage of the default journey. Propose and validate hypotheses through A/B testing, ensuring continuous optimization of approaches. Use data to optimize workflows, pursuing automation and efficiency. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define, monitor, and analyze key KPIs. Prepare management reports and dashboards, presenting strategy results and proposing corrective or improvement action plans. Conduct root cause analyses for performance deviations and improvement opportunities. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Data, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure strategy implementation and improvement of systems and tools. Act as a bridge between technical and business areas, translating needs and outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in default management, data analysis, and customer experience. Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines. **Experience:** Proven experience in data analysis, business strategy, or credit/portfolio management/collections, preferably within fintechs or financial institutions. **Technical Requirements:** Advanced SQL proficiency for data manipulation and extraction. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio for dashboard and report creation. Advanced Excel (for scenario modeling and analysis). **Preferred Qualifications:** Strong analytical reasoning, ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic and practical recommendations. Deep understanding of the customer journey, credit lifecycle, and/or default portfolio management. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to clearly and concisely present ideas and results to various organizational levels.
