Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing vehicle alignment, balancing, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Work environment that values attention to detail and proactivity **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform front and rear steering alignment according to manufacturer specifications * Carry out wheel balancing to ensure vehicle stability and safety * Inspect and adjust suspension angles (camber, caster, and toe) * Inspect tire, suspension, and related component conditions * Identify irregular wear patterns and advise on required maintenance * Support basic suspension and brake services when necessary * Operate computerized alignment equipment and wheel balancers * Ensure adherence to dealership/manufacturer standards and procedures * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness * Record performed services according to internal processes * Take care of equipment and tools used. * Salary: Commission-based * **Requirements:** * Mandatory Requirements: * Completed elementary or high school education * Proven experience in vehicle alignment and balancing * Knowledge of suspension geometry * Proficiency in using computerized alignment equipment * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). * Desired Requirements: * Experience at a dealership * Basic knowledge of suspension and braking systems * Automotive-related training courses. * Behavioral Competencies: * Attention to detail and precision in service execution * Agility and organization * Commitment to quality and safety * Teamwork; Proactivity. **This position is also affirmative for people with disabilities.** **Benefits:** Ifood Card (Meal/Voucher Allowance): BRL 482.00 per month, Educational Incentive, Others, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Pharmacy Balance (Ifood Card): Monthly balance of BRL 300.00, Life Insurance, Wellhub (corporate wellness platform)
