Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and collaborative Designer to transform problems into visual solutions aligned with the brand identity, working from conception through final delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Create interfaces, layouts, and visual materials aligned with the design system. 2. Collaborate with PMs, developers, and business teams to propose solutions. 3. Contribute to the continuous evolution of the design system and best practices in UI/UX. **Designer (Mid-level or Senior)** **Work Model:** Remote \| Hybrid \| On-site **Department:** Product / Marketing / UX (customize as needed) We are looking for a creative, collaborative Designer with a keen eye for detail—someone capable of transforming problems into simple, functional, and brand-aligned visual solutions. You will join a multidisciplinary team, participating from conception through final project delivery. **Responsibilities** * Create interfaces, layouts, and visual materials aligned with the company's design system. * Collaborate with PMs, developers, and business teams to understand needs and propose solutions. * Prototype ideas and present concepts clearly to stakeholders. * Ensure visual consistency across all brand/product touchpoints. * Contribute to the continuous evolution of the design system and best practices in UI/UX. * Research trends, benchmarks, and references to inform design decisions. **Requirements** * Prior experience in digital design (UX/UI) or graphic design, as relevant to the role. * Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe CC (or similar). * Ability to produce high-quality materials with attention to typography, color, and composition. * Strong communication skills to advocate for ideas and collaborate across departments. * An up-to-date portfolio demonstrating processes, reasoning, and deliverables. **Nice-to-Haves (not mandatory)** * Experience with SaaS, HRTech, or digital products. * Familiarity with motion design, illustration, or visual identity. * Knowledge of user research or usability testing. * Familiarity with agile methodologies. **What We Offer** * A collaborative environment with creative freedom. * Opportunity to work on challenging projects with real impact. * Development plan and potential for growth within the field. * Market-competitive benefits.
