Our goal is to build the best TEAM of customer enchanters, without distinction based on nationality, race, gender, religion, disability, or other factors. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR** * Promoting merchandise sales by assisting customers in their selection * Displaying merchandise attractively, with price tags * Restocking sales points and serving customers in STORES * Conducting merchandise inventory for restocking purposes * Performing financial product operations, suggesting additional sales while avoiding branch formation * Carrying out daily routines including restocking, price maintenance, and sector organization * Registering products and the customer’s chosen payment method, and receiving payment * Delivering the fiscal receipt and executing sales completion processes—including suggesting additional sales, registering sold items, and recording cash, check, and other document inflows and outflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** **TO JOIN OUR FAMILY AND BE PART OF THIS TEAM, YOU MUST HAVE** * Completed High School; * Experience: Not required * No prior employment at any other store under the Renner S.A. group **Additional Information** **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Competitive salary aligned with the role; * Variable compensation; * Health insurance; * Meal allowance; * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance; * PLR – Profit and Results Sharing; * Discount on purchases of products from Renner S.A. group stores; * Good Card; * Gympass.
