**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor daily activities, including timekeeping, absenteeism, production, and fruit inventory;
* Oversee the harvest schedule, assign work teams to designated harvesting areas, and plan material distribution;
* Supervise fruit loading in orchards, ensuring compliance with AGT standard procedures;
* Implement AGT safety and health procedures to keep employees informed and safe;
* Lead production controllers to act as multipliers within their harvester teams;
* Ensure supervisors actively guide their teams so that harvesting processes are correctly followed per AGT quality standards;
* Conduct weekly feedback sessions with production controllers regarding individual harvester performance.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields;
* Experience in citrus harvesting;
* Driver's license category A/B;
* Willingness to reside in the Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo \- SP region
