Job Summary: Perform cleaning, maintenance, and sanitization services in internal and external areas of the company, ensuring a clean, organized, safe, and pleasant environment. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning Assistant Perform cleaning, maintenance, and sanitization services in internal and external areas of the company, ensuring a clean, organized, safe, and pleasant environment for customers, employees, and visitors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Sweep floors, collect garbage, wash surfaces, remove dust, clean windows, furniture, utensils, restrooms, common areas, and other company facilities; * Restock hygiene supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.); * Maintain and ensure proper use of equipment, cleaning supplies, and PPE; * Report any irregularities found in facilities to supervisors, such as repair needs, leaks, or hazards; * Follow occupational safety and hygiene rules and procedures; * Assist in organizing spaces for events, meetings, or specific requests; * Adhere to the company-defined cleaning schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain hygienic and pleasant environments; * Preserve the company's image of organization and care; * Use chemical products, cleaning supplies, and protective equipment correctly; * Avoid waste of materials and safeguard company assets. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed or ongoing elementary school; * Experience: Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Competencies: Organization, attention to detail, commitment, responsibility, and ability to follow instructions. **Working Conditions:** * Mandatory use of PPE according to task requirements; * Work across various company departments (offices, hallways, outdoor areas, cafeterias, restrooms, etc.); * Individual or team-based work, depending on the assigned schedule.
