Responsibilities: \- Payroll and benefits management: Experience in payroll processing, vacation management, terminations, and benefits administration (VA, VT, Pharmacy, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Agreements, New Partnerships, etc.); \- Timekeeping administration: Knowledge of electronic time-tracking systems, overtime bank evaluation, and overtime calculation. (Familiarity with the Ponto Solides system is a plus); \- Labor legislation: Solid familiarity with labor laws and their updates to ensure internal process compliance. \- Interpersonal skills: Clear communication, ability to work collaboratively, and effective, courteous support for employee requests. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Minimum 3 years of experience in this role; Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; Affinity with technology Excel Microsoft Office 365 **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Application of technology in the workplace **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- 1\.
