Learn more about Espaço Smart on our website: www.espacosmart.com.br All our job opportunities are also open to professionals with disabilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Assemble and configure physical IT infrastructure (racks, structured cabling, network outlets, and IP cameras). * Design, configure, certify, and provide support for network and security assets (Switches, FortiGate Firewalls, and UniFi Access Points). * Diagnose infrastructure and connectivity failures or errors across company units, providing solutions and technical support to restore functionality. * Request quotations, contract, and oversee internet service providers and infrastructure service providers for new stores. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technological assets across company units (environmental sustainment). * Maintain up-to-date technical network documentation and asset inventory. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed undergraduate or technical degree in IT/Networking. * Experience with structured cabling and field support. * Experience in requesting quotations, contracting, and overseeing internet service providers and data link providers. * Solid hands-on knowledge of FortiGate firewalls and UniFi (Ubiquiti) environments. * Proficiency in network architecture and concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and switching). * Experience installing and configuring IP/CCTV cameras. * Valid Class B driver's license (CNH B). * Willingness to travel frequently. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience implementing or sustaining IT infrastructure tailored to the retail sector **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Benefits Package: * Meal Allowance; * Dental Plan; * Health Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Espaço Smart University; * Maternity Kit; * Wellhub (Gympass) **MISSION, VISION & VALUES** **Mission** We were founded with a mission to transform the Brazilian civil construction industry by marketing products and services that promote industrialization and sustainability in construction. **Vision** “To be the LARGEST and BEST construction materials company specializing in products and services for industrialized, sustainable, and intelligent construction systems, operating nationwide.” **Values** * Economic, social, and environmental sustainability; * Integrity with all stakeholders; * Results orientation; * Excellence through simplicity; * Respected, committed, and fulfilled people; * People’s safety above all else; * Customer focus.
